	The Old Navy	A famous Photo - taken by Assistant Surgeon H. W. Whitaker, U.S. Navy - shows sailors aboard (the soon to be Sub Tender) USS Mohican - in 1888. While the Mohican's service as a Tender didn't begin until 1909, those later sailors were much the same as these men.
