Name:

Brad Xanders

Tender:

USS Dixon AS-37

Comments:

Served on Dixon from 88-91 in Repair Dept. shop 51A. Great memories, some great friends I still keep in touch with today, even met my wife on the Dixon. Have to say I was truly sadden when I heard about her final resting place. Seeing the other tenders in the bone yard is hard to look at. Weird how that is. Anyways, I will always cherish the years, and the people I met while I proudly served on the USS Dixon. Fair Winds and Following Seas my girl......

mr3 prince

Tender:

uss dixon as37 point loma calif.

Comments:

I meant to say my superior was a nice man Ricardo Dizon, not Dixon. Chief Santana was nice too. I was the only woman in the machine shop for a long time.
There were many nice people with many mean people.
